im a diabetic and i have been told i can have a healthy and safe pregnancy IF i keep my augers very well controlled if augers are all over the place you can end up have a big baby something horrible might happen to unborn child, but the best thing to do is either look it up on the net or go and talk to your dr about it im just going by what i have been told, good luck hope this helped a little
