Have you tried projectweightloss.com? It’s a great weight loss site, and it’s free. It’s got menu and workout planners, and a calorie counter that lets you calculate how many calories you eat, and then how many you burn when you work out. You can calculate how many calories you need to eat daily to reach your target weight, and the program tells you if you’re over or under your calorie target. Plus, it’s got really nice graphs – I’ve been using it for a couple of months and I love it!

weight loss vary from one person to another because the individual metabolism depends on hormonal factors, lifestyle, climate, emotional states and some other factors, that is why a diet program could work for some one and that doesn't means it will do the same work for you, that is why i recommend you to visit a doctor and he can give you the best advice depending on your profile. As far as i know the most reliable diet is Scardale program. You can find it all over the web, but be careful and visit a physician.
